Level-5 has announced a number of new projects in the pipeline including games and new animes/films in the works at the Level-5 Vision Event. Among those were new mobile projects.
Recently, we covered a few mobile games that have tied in a fitness element and have caught on among gamers. Today, we have caught wind of a Fitbit-like band where players can level up by collecting points through motion, whether that’s walking or running. The idea is to promote fitness while tying into a game.
Inazuma Eleven is a soccer-based role-playing game and anime series by Level-5 who is best known for the Yo-Kai Watch, Professor Layton, and other anime series. We are assuming this will tie into a smartphone game as it only makes sense for it to pair up data with your mobile.
Along with this interesting announcement, Level-5 has released their new trailer and have revealed a launched date for their closed beta of Fantasy Life 2: Twin Moons and the Sacred Village. Currently for Japan only, July 29th is the closed beta date where players will explore a massive world while battling creatures and harvesting your village.
Whether this all comes to the West is still up in the air, but we do know that Level-5 has taken care of us over the years with localized experiences.
